Traffic patterns went haywire during the pandemic. Here's what changed across the country in 8-ish images.

These visualizations in R use publicly available records of traffic accidents across the continental US from 2016 to 2020. Click through to see the visualizations or check out the raw code here.

This neural net aims to identify which combination of 0 to 14 ailments is present from a chest x-ray. It uses transfer learning from InceptionNet and hyperparameter tuning to choose the learning rate.

 

This project inspires me. You would not, at the moment, want it to replace your doctor, but it does much better than chance. 

Sales ratio studies check that properties are assessed correctly, with significant effects on property taxes. They are used to identify and quantify incorrect assessments on the individual, township, and county level.

This post walks through the steps of a sales ratio study, focusing on Mercer County. The other counties are represented on my GitHub.
